Akila, Aden and Miracle Automation bring Physical AI to the factory floor and operational environments
October 23, 2026

BERLIN, October 23, 2026 — Akila had the chance to present its new partnership with Miracle Automation at NVIDIA GTC Berlin, presenting a practical application of Physical AI at a leading MNC industrial site managed by NXpark in Wuxi. Mike Hall, Akila’s Chief Product and Platform Officer, showcased an initiative bringing security patrol and factory material-handling robots together with a digital representation of the environment in which they operate.
The partnership addresses a fundamental challenge in industrial robotics: connecting a robot’s capabilities with knowledge of the wider facility and industrial park. A robot needs to understand where equipment is located, which routes it can use, what conditions require attention and how its tasks fit into daily operations.
“Physical AI becomes useful when a robot understands the environment it is working in,” said Mike Hall. “Our partnership with Miracle Automation connects robotic capabilities with Akila’s knowledge of the factory. The ambition is to prepare and validate tasks in the digital twin, then connect activity on the ground to the same operational model. Every observation can contribute to a better understanding of the site.”
The Wuxi demonstrator brings together two applications.
For security and inspection, a quadruped robot is being integrated with the site’s digital twin to support patrol missions and capture observations along defined routes. The wider pilot targets conditions such as blocked access routes, leaks and equipment anomalies. Linking observations to their location and the relevant asset creates the foundation for verification, intervention and a traceable operational record.
Inside the factory, the material-handling application involves a humanoid robot transferring containers between pallets and shelving, identifying materials and placing them in the appropriate locations. This provides a concrete manufacturing logistics scenario for connecting robotic tasks with the digital representation of the workshop.

The partners are developing a workflow in which robotic tasks can be prepared, trained and validated in an Akila twin of the client’s facility using NVIDIA Omniverse technologies before operational deployment. The intended architecture combines NVIDIA Nemotron models for AI reasoning and interpretation with the spatial and operational context maintained by Akila.
The longer-term objective is a continuous cycle: prepare tasks digitally, test them on site, capture the results and use that evidence to improve subsequent missions.
Miracle Automation brings more than four decades of industrial automation experience and an expanding embodied robotics business. Akila contributes the model of the facility and its operational context. Aden Services, which provides security services at the Wuxi site, contributes practical knowledge of patrol routines, incident verification and response.
For industrial operators, the programme is designed to explore measurable benefits: earlier identification of problems, more consistent inspection, better traceability and support for repetitive handling tasks.
The Wuxi initiative is a first step towards a repeatable approach to Physical AI deployment, with the client’s own digital twin providing continuity between robot preparation, on-site activity and the teams responsible for operating the facility.
