Akila has named Maud Demurge as Head of Akila Americas, strengthening the established New York–based team that is already operating projects across the continent. Her arrival marks a key milestone, bringing additional leadership experience and strategic resource to the Americas team as it deepens collaboration with NVIDIA, advances the strategic alliance with Deloitte, and progresses Akila’s mission to drive cross‑portfolio efficiency, decarbonisation, and real‑estate resilience across North and Latin America.

With over 20 years of international experience in strategic partnerships and business development, Maud has led growth initiatives and complex stakeholder engagements across technology and infrastructure sectors. At Akila, she will steer regional execution and partner programmes, building on the team’s momentum in the Americas.

Maud now takes the helm of strategic projects focused on deploying Akila’s real‑estate data platform and AI across priority sectors including campuses, mobility hubs, and hospitality—helping owners gain visibility, improve operational performance, and advance sustainability outcomes at portfolio scale.

“I’m excited to join Akila Americas at an important moment for the region. Our priority is helping organisations bring data, compliance and performance together—so portfolios are more efficient, resilient and ready for the future,” said Maud Demurge.
