Akila is proud to welcome Ritika Khilwani as our new Operations & Project Manager, joining the Gulf and UAE division of Akila EMEA.
Based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Ritika will serve as a key point of contact and operational lead in the region as Akila expands its presence in one of the world’s most technologically advanced and AI-forward regions. Her role will focus on developing large and complex projects that incorporate sovereign AI solutions with transformative impact on the efficiency of real estate portfolios, smart city infrastructure, campuses, and mobility hubs.
An accomplished technical project manager with almost a decade of experience in the UAE and Australia, Ritika brings extensive expertise in spearheading cross-functional teams, delivering successful large-scale projects across the full project lifecycle, and collaborating with high-level stakeholders. Her background spans infrastructure, AI and IoT, energy, business development, and project management, making her a strong asset to Akila’s growing international team.
Ritika’s role will accelerate Akila’s growing footprint in the Gulf with a base in UAE and coverage across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), enabling closer collaboration with locally based partners in and beyond the Gulf, and driving faster delivery in this high-growth region.
